Leadership
Vikash Gupta
President
Vikash Gupta is an accomplished entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in the IT and services industry, particularly in enhancing governmental operations. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, Vikash has honed his expertise in corporate strategy, finance, and technical writing. Under his leadership, Field Data Technology has delivered innovative solutions to prestigious clients such as the U.S. Marine Corps, Army, USDA, and Smithsonian. His passion for technology and commitment to excellence has driven the development of applications that standardize data processes, ensure data quality, and facilitate efficient data management across federal agencies. Outside of work, Vikash enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.
La-Nette Sugars
Vice President of Operations
La-Nette Sugars, with a career spanning nearly three decades, is currently the Vice President of Operations at Field Data Technology. She oversees the day-to-day operations and performance growth, specializing in seamless startups, team leadership training, and boosting morale. A native of Hampton Roads, Virginia, La-Nette moved to the DC Metropolitan area in 2004 with her husband and son. She holds a Vocational Diploma and a Project Management Certification from Cornell University, earned during the pandemic. Her extensive management experience covers Federal Contracting, Online Banking, Medical Field, and Mobile Industry, including roles in Contact Centers and Data Management. La-Nette is dedicated to excellent customer service, fostering dynamic teams, and building strong business relationships, aspiring to be a leading figure in the industry.
